        Buddy need your suggestion: i am 5’8’’ 85kg, i love bulking and looking big. I gained pretty good size in last 6 months. I increased my bicep from 17 to 19.5.
        But the only problem is i also gained some fat on my stomach, which is tight. Its not a loose flab. I would love to gain and keep on doing what m doing now to gain, i would really appreciate if you can suggest something to reduce my stomach fat. I know our body is one part, if we gain our stomach will also increase but sill wondering if you can help. Thanks!

          Sorry for the delay .Now i assume you are using a mass gainer to get this size then you have a problem i learnt the hard way mass gainers give you a thick skin thick like crap so if you still are on them then i would suggest you stop because eventually when you want the fat loss you will have to switch to even whey concentrate it’s any day better than a mass gainer maybe a little more expensive but well worth it. as for your diet i want you to post it so that we can fine tune it to keep the max muscle while fat burning next are you open to using roids if so then what do you have access to..(sorry i ask people this but there is no other way of getting around it steroids will keep your body from gaining fat and adding muscle done properly there is no other way around it of course if you have access to HGH it would change the playing field but lets not go there right away post up your stuff and probably you will get better with time….all the best oh i dint mention add egg whites maybe 10-12 a day if you havent done it before build up to this it is good cheap easily accessible and o definately worth the effort

            I never used weight gainer an di know its hard to loose fat if u gain from gainer. Right now i am using follwing supplemets:
            ON Gold Standard – 6 scoops/day
            ON Multivitamins- 2/day
            Musce Pharm Assult
            ON BCAA
            ON Caseen at night
            And i am eating 10 egg whites per day
            Half lean chicken per day
            2 glasses of milk
            Breakfast, lunch and dinner(regular)
            Also, don’t wanna use steroids at this point of time. May be in future. Plz let me know if have any suggestions.

              try cut the milk out it wont be required you diet looks solid impressive .if you are above the age of say 24 i would probably suggest that you try probably testostrone the problem is your diet is very nice but your body does not have enough hormones to convert all the food you put in efficently to muscle and probably that is the reason you are putting on fat see the thing with roids is that they increase PNB (positive nitrgen balance) meaning an anabolic state in which your muscles will pack on the nutrients much more than what is required much mor than the natural limit incase you still dont want to keep the roids then i suggest you cut the milk out
              reduce the whey to 5 scoops a day and try to cut a few calories out of your meals you are taking in too much to keep your test levels are not enough to utilize all the protien you are giving it so hense it becomes fat probably do some cardio and instead of musclepharm assult try NO xplode i found this to be amazing the best pre work out drink kind of dials you in but i have never used musclepharm so give no xplode a try you might just like it ..i would say just try a cycle of ANABOL or dbol along with 2 tabs of liv 52 ds and boy a boy you will start seeing the difference its huge and it will be more quality muscle more hard mature muscle that is what roids do you see the guys in the posters etc the hardness of the muscle is only achieveable through anabolics anyways keep us posted all the best but my suggestion is you cut the cals if you are not adding anabolics simply to much calories in you rdiet…

                Hi i want to build muscle gain pure muscle without fat could u please advice me.
                I have been used below supplements
                ISO sensation , ON BCAA , Dianobol ( used only 15 tabs & now not using) , BSN Syntha 6.
                Now i am using current supplements & diet
                Morning : Workout at 5.30 -7.00am
                After workout Gaspri BCAA 6000 3 caps+MP Combat 1 scoop serving+Glutamine Gaspri 5 grams

                Breakfast:1 cups Oats+5 Egg whites+Orange

                11am: Frest Juice

                12.30pm: 3 Chapati+1 cups white rice+Salad

                3pm: 1 scoop MP combat

                4pm: 3 Caps BCAA 6000

                5pm:Black Tea

                6.30pm:5 egg Whites

                8.30pm: 4 pcs chapati

                Bedtime: 1 scoop MP Combat+5 gram Glutamine

                The above is my diet chart.

                I have stock on Dianobol but not using.

                Can u please advice me to build good muscle building / big size without fat looking like good shape.

                Before I have not shape but after taking above supplements now i become lean with shape. Now i want to increase my biceps & body parts size.
                I want ur valuable advice. I am planning to add No xplode before that ur valuable advice required. Any addtional supplements or replace the existing supplements.

                    if you want to gain pure muscle go ahead and first dont complicate yourself with to many supplements keep it simple i’d say keep whey either ON or SAN or even dymatize any of these at about 1gm per pound of boy weight or 2.2 gms per KG through out BCAA”s they are not required at this time
                    waste all the money on good quality whey protien till you reach probably 6 -7 scoops per day keep the glutamine post workout add it along with whey post workout you food looks good as for d-bol use 3 tabs a day one in he morning before brakefast one just befor lunch and one befor bed time it will take about 3 weeks to start seeing results on d-bol as the amount of testostrone slowly builds up in the body then after about 4 weeks you can go upto 4 tabs a day having one extra tablet 30 mins before your workout dont go beyond 8 weeks with thios stuff and use 2 tabs of liv 52 ds or 4 tabs of liv 52 everyday and also very important get in multivits every day anavite 1 tab per day should do
                    break the whey into 6 scoops 3 hours apart i.e if you are 80 kgs if lesser reduce a scoop or so as for no explode it really helps you as you really get dialled in during the workout but it is nothing compared to d-bol after the 4th week as you feel great pump muscle fulness due to water so when you go of d-bol remember to use clomifiene (ask for CLOFERT 50 in the medical shop)for the next 2 weeks 1 tab every day after stopping d-bol
