Hello sir, I am 73kg doing gym past 2yrs . I have been using u r exercise routine. Before follow ur exercise routine my body shape was not good looking after followed ur exercise routine i have good looking shape thanks to ur workout plans. Now i have completed 3+ months advance routine. I have got good looking shape. Due to office hours i am unable to continue two body parts. I am planing to switch to one body part workout one day for six days a week. My plan is 1st 45 days workout and next 45 days workout will be different from 1st 45 days.I will be going for muscle building mass. I have gone through ur exercise database eg .Chest workout has 15 workout how do i will split for 1st 45 days and next another 45 days like all body parts . Please provide me 1st 45 days workout plan to build maximum muscle building. Supplements which i have been used earlier is ON BCAA 1000 , ISO sensation, BSN Syntha 6. Now i have bought Gaspri 6000 BCAA , Muscle Pharm combat. Please guide me BCAA & combat how to consume with timings i am going to gym morning at 5.30am. I would suggest if you are getting benefit from present schedule keep on doing the same thing. If you still think you can't do it then you can reduce no of sets from 4 to 3 (just and example). It will save your time.

Dear Sir, Thanks lot for your answer and concerns. Please give me advise on few points:- 1.I am 178cm tall and 84 kg. How many calories I need to consume per day if I want to my size big bulky(no fat on belly), If I am skipping my meals someday due to some travelling or other reasons what supplement I can take to replace my meals. I have taken PRO Complex Gainer just as meal replacement to increase my calories intake. 2.After reviewing now I am thinking to take No-Xplode as pre workout(15min before work out) supplement along with Iso sensation 6 scoops(Protein 180Gm/day) daily(2scoop early morning, 1 in day time ,2 after workout and 1 before sleep),Is it Ok? Can I also take KRE ALKENE 1500 capsule along with this ,if yes then when? 3.Should I do one part of body one day Or two part body. 4.How many minutes or hours is best to do exercise, More than One hour or one hr is OK. 1. First of all, as i told you stop taking gainer if you don't want any fat on your stomach. Most important you can't skip your meals. There are many meal replacement supplements out there but those are for fat lose, plus nothing can replace your food. Make some chicken sandwiches and boiled eggs with you and eat them when you don't get time for lunch.
2. Start with NO-Xplode and protein, no need to add anything else. We will monitor changes with this first.
3. Do one body part
4. You need to be done with your workout within 45 to 60 minutes
5. You can take Amino Acids(ON, Dymatize) and Multivitamin (ON Optimen), Take 1 tab of multivitamin with breakfast
7. You can do cardo for 10 mins for warmup, it won't harm anything for 10 mins, Don't stress yourself.
8. Lets do this for 1 month and we will see if we need to add anything else.Just try to eat more, but lean. You will definitely bulk up!

sir im jobin..i have of lot of problems in ma life...to release the pressure of these i found happiness by entering the gym.. i thinked that i will make more mass body and atleast found happiness in this gaining ... but after 2 year i cant see any massive changes... i have workouted well ..without skipping anydays of exercise.....i used muscle juice and creatine a couple of times ..but no gains.only gained 2 kgs in these 2 years.. sir plz help me .. i wrote this with my mind.. plz suggest me good workout plan and good supplement than can helpme alot... plzzzzzz
You can add any good pre workout supplement. It will definitely help you. You can take Jack3D or Assult or NO-Xplode. Let me know which one you got, will tell you how to take it.
You can quit creatine, but continue weight gainer. You can also change your weight gainer to serious mass if you want. But you need to take gainer 3-4 times a day. And last but not least you need to eat more. Eat atleast 5-6 times a day. Increase protein intake and drink lots of water. -

Dear Sir, Further to your previous reply I am using iso sensation 3-4 scoop per day and I am also using Pro complex gainer 1 scoop because my launch time is not fix and some time I skip also, this is just to take some calories(650) and curbs(85Gm) with protein(60Gm). You also advise me No-Explode but I feel it has some kind of serious side effects so I am not taking it. My aim is to increase my Size(BIg Bulking) but so far results are not good. I am going Gym 3-4 days in a week for 30 to 45 min and doing one body part a day so I am managing all body part once a week..What can I take to replace meals because some time I skip launch due to work. In your previous question you asked me about a protein which won't increase fat on your stomach so i suggested iso sensation. But why you are taking weight gainer with it. it will definitely put fat on your stomach.
Second thing is if you don't want to use No-Xplode, you need to eat well, you need to eat 6 times a day. Also skipping lunch is not a good idea. You really want to bulk you need to eat more. This is the key. -

Yes you can quit creatine and can start No-Xplode. Start for 1/2 scoop of NO-Xplode before workout and after 1 week if you feel good make it 1 scoop. Protein is must, you need to take 4 to 5 scoops of protein per day. Also add amino acids and multivitamin. Use this stack and you will feel the difference in your physique in one month.

First of all how many servings of muscle juice you are taking per day? You need to take 3 serving per day and one serving is around 200gms. Take 5gms creatine before workout and make sure you drink lots of water during day. Follow this for 3 weeks you will definitely see improvement.

Hi Sir, I am taking muscle-tech mass tech. I go to gym in the morning 1 scoop in 8 Oz water after workout. After three hours one more scoop in banana shake(1 glass milk + 1 scoop + 2 banana 5-6 almonds) and one scoop at 7 Pm in 8 Oz water. Please advise is it the right way to take it, as per the instructions mentioned on it one should take 5 scoops in one serving. Please advise should i take with water or milk and in how much quantity of water/milk and how many scoops.
You should take at least 6 scoops per day, your timing is perfect, just make 2 scoops per serving instead of 1.

You can eat any number of chapatis but don't over feed your self. Eat lots of salad before eating chapatis and after that you don't feel like eating much roties.

HGH is a very advanced technique for muscle growth, you don't need that. It has many side effects too. I would suggest you to do your workout and take supplements and good diet.

Yes you can start with that beginner routine but for 1st month don't take any supplement. Take balanced diet. After 1 month we can add supplements to your diet.

sir, i have one question in my mind you have earlier suggested me to use universal growth max capsules to increase height. i want to know if it works and also is it safe for my sister to use that capsules.Is there any side effects. sir please......... tell me i need your guidance and also suggest some workout or sports which are helpful in increasing height.i'll be waiting eagerly for your reply.
I should say do not take any medicine or supplement to increase height, as it may interfere with the hormones. I would suggest you sister should do swimming and stretching, it may help. Also consult a doctor before taking any medicine.

hi, i am a hardgainer. during summers my gym instructor adviced me to workout 3-4 times a week. earlier i used to work out 5 days a week. so should i follow his advice or stick to 5 days a week. pls advice. and i three scoops of on serious mass. but the scoop size if of muscle juice. is that enough?
I think you should stick to 5 days per week, make sure keep your body hydrated. Drink lots of water and take good diet. 3 to 4 scoops are good.

Your trainer told you to take deca / wrinstol(injection) + Neurobal ( Tab+injection) + On gold whey protein+Amino Acids.,Liv 52 DS, Revital.
Everything looks good to me but i would suggest instead of Neurobol use test. Do this cycle for 8 weeks. Use test for 8 weeks (150 to 200mg) and on 4th week add Deca till 8th week.
