Gym Ego

I have seen so many people who train in the gym real hard but at times a little mistake make all their efforts go in vain. The usual suspects are thought to be nutrition, improper rest or wrong exercise routine but some times the real  mistake is their “ego”.

While exercising, everyone wishes to lift weight heavier than before all the time. In this type of thinking they don’t realize that every time a heavy lift for show off is not good. I mean firstly you should perform all exercises in proper position and correct way. It’s a plight in all the gyms where so many members just  lift heavy weights to impress the others no matter whether the exercise is carried on correctly or not. Remember you can get result from the exercise only when you do it “Properly“. Weights are equally important but the most important is correct methodology. Boys in ego forget this most essential thing and some times end up getting injured too. Add weights in your exercise according to your strength and never let your ego mess up with your exercise routine. Muscle building and strength takes times to come so give time to your body and soon day would come when you can also lift heavy weights. A 100 Kg lift on a bench press aint that good if it is not sustainable. A good lift make muscles and improve strength. So Avoid gym ego….

Happy Gyming …
