hey every steroid has side effects it just depends on the intensity of the side effect each steroid depending on the chemical compostion that is if is is an oral if it alklated if it is methylated then the more toxic it is lest keep it simple
test,deca,wrinstol-not very toxic in moderate quantities
trenbolone,boldenone,anavar-also not very toxic a little more than the ones above
d-bol anabol,anadrol-probably high in toxicity(not more than 8 weeks of use)
halotestin,metribolone- very toxic (not more than 3-4 weeks)

I have been gyming for the last year. Have gained a lot. about 9 kilos. I am have started taking on serious mass. people say i am a hard gainer. so i am confused whether to go for single body workout or split body or what. And how many set of each exercise. And how can i finish my workout in an hour?? Someone pls advice.
You gained 9 kg in 1 year, not bad. Which proves you are not hard gainer. I think do one body part a day. do 4 exercises with 4 sets each.

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Rest
Sunday : Repeatthanks for the chart. how many sets and exercises should i for do for biceps and triceps since i have to do both on the same day. Its said that is it best to finish your workout within an hour. pls advice..
do 3 or 4 exercises each for biceps and triceps.
You can easily finish it in 1 hr.
Do light cardio atleast once in a week otherwise u may also gain belly !!!

hi every one after a long gap , I again visited this website. present my weight is 72 (got reduced from 79 to 72 in two months ) now i am in stanazolol cycle for 10 weeks i got better cutting of my shoulder , arms and chest. but my abdominal area was very worst to look at. i don’t have belly . but there’s a thick layer of fat that has covered my aabs . what should i do ? any advice plzzz…

Hi Sir, I am 29 yrs old male going to gym past 3 months i have reduced weight around 10 kgs while using of Lipo 6 black for 2 months. I have not get clear abs and ripped muscle with shape. I need ur advice to build muscle with shape with size & veins.

yes , my gym trainer adviced to build mass. But i am not interested to that. So i need clear idea & advice to buil muscle with shape.
I think you should do one thing at a time. If u are satisfied with your cutting then only you should go for gaining, otherwise continue with cutting. Its you call and you have to make a decision.

Advise what? You are already doing cutting and you loose 10kgs in 3 months. Just make sure don’t loose your muscle mass with fat.

im female 27 age , height – 5’1, weight – 65, fat free mass – 41 , my fitness trainer told me to take san 100% platinum whey protein & soy protein.
MY DIET :
morning
half scoop of san 100 % whey platinum whey protein empty stomach
breakfast :
museli, apple almonds.
LUNCH 12:30 :
2 roti’s , dal , subzi, salad
1 scoop of soy protein
3:30
oats
WORKOUT (5:30):
cardio 1 hr 10 minutes
weight training 3- 4 days a week
san whey protein half scoopDINNER:
1 roti, subzi , dal , salad
1 scoop soy proteinthis process is for 3 months , he said 3 months muscle gaining & fat loss & after that 4 months will be weight loss.
1) what will happen to my body in dis 3 months duration with gaining muscle
mass will i gain clothes size plz tell. i dont wana increase the size of my waist
size its already 30.
2) will gaining muscles mass & reducing fat reduces weight as well.
3) i want to understand how dis process will work ( 3 + 4 ) months.Let me answer your question one by one.
1. Generally when you gain muscle mass you won’t gain waist size, but still it depends on your workout and eating habits, that is why i told you to go for isolated protein as it don’t have any fat.
2. It is not necessary that you loose weight if you loose size.Just a suggestion, why you are not trying fat burner + isolated protein rather that just san whey protein?

DUDE TRY TO DO A TEST CYCLE TAKE TEST PROPIONATE OR SUSTANION IT WILL GIVE YOU GOOD RESULTS IF YOU DO WANT TO REMAIN LEAN THROW IN DECA
WEEK1-8 TEST (100-250 MG)
WEEK 4-8 DECA 100MG PER WEEK
SHOULD BE GOOD ALTHOUGH IF YOU DO WANT TO DO A STARTING CYCLE I WOULD HAVE GONE FOR D-BOL (6 WEEKS 3 TABS A DAY)SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE YOU’LL BE HAPPY WITH THE RESULT THEN TAPER IT OF WITH TEST(100-200 MG FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER D-BOL)THEN CLOMIFENE CITRATE FOR A WEEK AND THEN CYCLE AFTER 8 WEEKS

Is CLOMIFENE CITRATE for PCT? If not what is its use and what about PCT after 2nd cycle of 8 weeks?
Yes clomifiene citrate is for PCT but sometimes used on a cycle if the cycle is really heavy
For a mild cycle using nolvadex or tamoxifin citrate(20mg) is good enough for a period of about 3 weeks but if you are using clomifine citrate 2 weeks at 50mg per day should be good enough to jumpstart the natural test production in you body. once you are done with this 2-3 weeks of pct just do your normal workouts and try to save as much muscle as you can and then in another 5 weeks you are GTG(good to go) on another steroid cycle…
remember you can never retain all the mass you gain on a roid cycle it’s not possible until you have access to crazy stuff (HGH PEPS SLIN ETC)so accept it bodybuilding is very expensive enjoy your gains when they are there if you still want to look big off a steroid cycle i would suggest creatine water retention but size remains
