hi any suggested workout plan for me. im 25yrs 5.5ht 58kg. want to b a bodybuilder . going to gym for past 1 month. any supplements needed to intake as well.?
As you are new you can do 3 full body workouts per week . If you want to pack on muscle mass quickly you can take mass gainer but if your body fat % is higher than 15 then go for whey protein , you can also take creatine for better recovery and more power during your workouts !!!
im gymmimg 6 days a week, 2 parts a day .but u said 3 full body workout /week. cud u tell how it is sorted.

hi!! my age is 20 male weight 77kg, height 174cms…i hav been gyming for last 1.8yrs..i hav been a regular gymer but haven`t noticed except a few things like(fat loss from upper body)..my present bisep is 12”…i want to increase my bisep size to 15-16”!!!i have been following a diet plan which includes both fats and protein(pure veg)..pls suggest me what can be comsumed to increase the size of my bisep and other body parts…without much of protein powder as they cost too much(4scoops a day of whey Adds up to Rs.5000/-month)
You can take wight gainer and creatine. Both are cheap and you will get good results.
You can just add weight gainer in your diet, take your diet properly, eat 6 times a day.
over feeding gives u muscle , but first it gives u big belly and then a light muscle. so plan well.
Do you think eating 6 small meals is over feeding?
I totally agree with @Jitender, 6 meals will be perfect.
Its just been 1.8 Years. You still have time to Learn your body with your Diet and Workout Variations. Plan your Diet according to your Goal. Eating 6Meals at an interval of 3-4 hrs apart will be perfect.
Its not like Meals alone will help you OR Heavy Workout alone.! Have a good balance of your Diet & Workout. Dont look into a particular body part. Each and every muscle is important to be built to get an Even shape to your whole body.

Its just been 1.8 Years. You still have time to Learn your body with your Diet and Workout Variations. Plan your Diet according to your Goal. Eating 6Meals at an interval of 3-4 hrs apart will be perfect.
Its not like Meals alone will help you OR Heavy Workout alone.! Have a good balance of your Diet & Workout. Dont look into a particular body part. Each and every muscle is important to be built to get an Even shape to your whole body.

I have a doubt. RED WINE & Bodybuilding. Is there a link between these two! Are there any facts that, consuming Pure Red Wine helps in some sort of related to Bodybulding.!!! Dont know how far am right as hearing this info from most of the ppl. Experts over here, could you pls guide on this or Correct me if am wrong.!?!?! Thanks in advance.
it has been scientifically proven that limited consumption of red wine is beneficial for heart and general health due to presence of anti-oxidants and something called resveratrol. so moderate consumption might help indirectly. but don’t think it has any direct application in bodybuilding as like supplements do. would be interesting to know any other opinion though.
Access of everything is bad. If you take red wine in access, its bad. If you want to take red wine, you can take one small glass with heavy foods as it helps in digestion. But as far as bodybuilding is concerned it has no relation. link newbe is right it doesn’t work as supplement.
In my opinion there is no connection between alcohol and bodybuilding!!!
