Yeah, i agree. His waist is almost same as his bicep. But you know what….his body is of that kind when its pumped it looks good and after pump he looses all his size.

As you are new you can do 3 full body workouts per week . If you want to pack on muscle mass quickly you can take mass gainer but if your body fat % is higher than 15 then go for whey protein , you can also take creatine for better recovery and more power during your workouts !!!
