    You can start taking BCAA’s with isolated protein. Do high reps with medium weights.

    You gained 9 kg in 1 year, not bad. Which proves you are not hard gainer. I think do one body part a day. do 4 exercises with 4 sets each.

    It means 4 sets of flat bench press with 12 reps in 1st set, 10 reps in 2nd set, 10 reps in 3rd set and 12 reps in 4th set. I don’t know about (1 + 2 S/S), but S/S means super set. So which means 2 super sets.
